Falco Kitchen and Bar Coming to Village Walk at Montgomery

Falco Bar & Restaurant, a new venture from Gretalia Hospitality Group has signed a lease to open a 5,200 square foot restaurant and Bar in The Village Walk at Montgomery. Gretalia Hospitality Group has established itself as a premier restaurant group throughout the area and operates numerous wonderful local restaurants. Falco will elevate the Montgomery dining experience by bringing a fresh new take on classic dishes. Complete with a large bar set to serve everything from local drafts to sophisticated cocktails, an outdoor patio lounge, and an inviting setting. Opening in the Spring of 2026, Falco is poised to be Montgomery’s next favorite restaurant destination.
