The Next Phase

In addition to the successful launch of the adjacent Village Shoppes, we have completed the first building (phase 1A) of the Village Walk, which is fully leased with national tenants. The next phases will include a new three story mixed-use building with retail stores on the first floor and residential lofts on the second and third floors. Two additional pad buildings will complete the village concept. Plans also include a new specialty market as an end-cap to complete the walkable village concept. The lofts above the main retail building will have their own entrance and dedicated parking. This adds a sense of community and activity to the complex 24/7. The Village Walk will also directly connect to Montgomery Crossing, a new planned multi-unit housing development. This 250 unit complex, will be a mix of townhomes, condominiums and apartments. The existing single family developments, Tapestry and Hillside will also be connected to the Village Walk. Montgomery township has planned these communities to interconnect by pedestrian walkways, bike paths and access roads. This brings a strong built in, high income customer base within easy walking distance to your business.
