Brett Pugliese serves as Vice President of Pugliese Properties. He joined Pugliese Properties in 2010.
His responsibilities include construction management for new developments, overseeing both building construction and site work. He also handles leasing, tenant fit-out, budgeting and vendor procurement for our portfolio properties.
Brett is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Champlain College.
