The Village Shoppes at Montgomery

The Village Shoppes is a redevelopment of the Village Shopper III shopping Center, located on Route 206, in the heart of the Montgomery Township, NJ shopping district. Originally built in the early 1980’s, the redevelopment consisted of bringing in sanitary sewer service, a complete upgrade and redesign of the existing space and a newly constructed two story retail/office center. The design incorporates multiple outdoor seating areas, the addition of a bank pad, with new restaurants, retail stores and professional offices.

Kingston Village Center

Kingston Village Center is a redevelopment of the Kingston Shopping Center located on Wyoming Avenue (Route 11), which is the main thoroughfare in downtown Kingston, PA. Originally built in the early 1960’s, the redevelopment consisted of subdividing an outdated supermarket space with a complete upgrade and redesign of the entire shopping center. The addition of new national and regional tenants now service the Kingston market.

The Village Walk at Montgomery

The Village Walk is a redevelopment of the Village Shopper I & II shopping Centers, located on Route 206, in the heart of the Montgomery Township, NJ shopping district. Originally built in the early 1970’s, the redevelopment will consist of a complete demolition and rebuilding of a retail, office and residential mixed-use complex.

The Village Walk offers a central environment to shop, dine, live and work. Incorporating superior architectural building design, with wide landscaped sidewalks and outdoor gathering spaces, our plan creates a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood that offers a sense of community to everyone who’s there.
