Property
The Village Walk at Montgomery is a new mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of the Montgomery downtown shopping district.  It entails the acquisition of additional land and a complete demolition/redesign of the Village Shopper I and II Shopping Centers. The Village Walk offers a central environment to shop, dine, live and work. This will include a new three story mixed-use building with retail stores on the first floor and residential lofts on the second and third floors. Three additional pad buildings and a new specialty anchor as an end-cap, will complete the village concept. Incorporating superior architectural building design, with wide landscaped sidewalks and outdoor gathering spaces, our plan creates a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood. The Village Walk will be connected to adjacent neighborhoods via bike paths and pedestrian walkways creating a dynamic, interactive downtown community.
Phase 1A is complete and fully leased.  Phase 2A is under construction.
